Individuals often seek guidance or mentoring related to personal and professional work, relationships, creative projects, life-work balance and life transitions.
Each of us has the wisdom and power within us to make our life be what we want it to be. In our work together, I support you in connecting with your own inner resources. I give my clients practical tools to navigate challenging transitions, communicate more effectively, and overcome obstacles that are delaying short and long term goals.
Coaching sessions are direct, focused and strategic. I guide clients to the present and future in addressing an issue and engaging possibilities that can support their success, achievable outcomes and goals.
